Kites are a wonderful way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, end-of-term, parties and weddings.
Making and flying kites is a great way to mark special occasions in a way that will always be remembered.
Even when they are old, when people see us flying kites they come and tell us about the kite they made when they were young. They always tell us about ‘that’ day…. they were on a picnic, or a summer holiday, or by the sea. That day is as clear as yesterday!
